The Challenge

A beverage company needed a modern, self-service vending solution that could handle secure payments, manage inventory in real-time, and communicate reliably with dispensing hardware (PLCs) at live events, replacing traditional, staff-intensive bar services.

Our Solution

We developed CanVan, a full-stack platform featuring a React admin portal and a Flutter-based iPad kiosk app. The system integrates with Square for secure payments and communicates with Siemens PLCs via OPC UA for real-time vending control. A Node.js backend on AWS manages events, inventory, and analytics.
